All Officers are dressed in authorized patrol agency uniforms.
Courtesy patrol for homeowner associations - County Mounty Security provides patrol of the Home Owner Associations common areas and vacant homes for undesired, illegal or suspicious activities. Off duty officers will focus on prevention of Theft, Vandalism and damage to vehicles or property.
We are also monitoring for any and all types of Drug related activities including smuggling as well as noise ordinance related issues and illegal Parties.
Our Officers duties include identifying and issuing CC&R violation notices
as well as other duties as specified by the HOA and/or Property Management Company.
In accordance with Department Policies and Arizona Revised Statutes all Patrols are conducted in marked and/or unmarked patrol vehicles. If illegal activities are observed, the Officer has full authorityand power to take appropriate action, including investigation, arrest and/or citation. we also monitor and enforce parking violations in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes and local City Ordinances.
We provide weekly incident report summaries detailing each Patrol Shift to the HOA and/or property management company.
County Mounty Security provides the highest level of off duty police officers thus creating a partnership between officers and customers, working together to deal with specific property issues and creating strategies to achieve the highest level of service. No matter what the job is our team will be courteous and professional all while making it a point that any type of illegal activities, or crime will not be tolerated.
